Returns & Refund Policy

All of the collection pieces are custom made to order with funds entirely going towards production and fundraising efforts. We will not be offering refunds or return for items that are not defective. Please do contact us if your item is damaged. Thank you for your kind understanding and support. 

Undeliverable Packages

On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. It is up to you to make sure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for items once they leave our facility.
